Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by welcoming clients, delivering exceptional hospitality, and supporting store operations to create memorable experiences. This role focuses on client service, assisting sales and operations teams, and maintaining store presentation during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients to ensure a warm welcoming experience.
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS transactions.
• Maintain hospitality areas stocked orderly and clean.
• Manage floor waiting lists and communicate service issues to management.
• Assist with engraving station and after sales servicing when applicable.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized.
• Support inventory tasks and special operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail luxury retail or client service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
