Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by welcoming clients, supporting sales and store operations, and creating memorable luxury retail experiences. The role focuses on hospitality, client service, and assisting the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth store function during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly assist clients to deliver a memorable brand experience
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and completing point of sale transactions
• Maintain hospitality areas and ensure they are stocked and orderly
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list if applicable
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor neat and organized
• Communicate potential service issues to management
• Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury or client service experience such as hospitality
• Ability to work nontraditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
