Seasonal Sales Support - Toronto Bloor

Summary

Seasonal Team Members embody the Tiffany brand throughout the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and memorable experiences. They support store operations and assist the sales team to enhance client hospitality and drive sales. This in-store role is focused on providing high-quality client interactions during peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, creating personalized experiences aligned with the Tiffany brand.
• Support hospitality areas, ensuring they are stocked, orderly and clean.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Box and wrap items, replenish POS and gifting supplies, and perform POS functions after purchases.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and assist with after-sales servicing and operational policies.
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
