Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by welcoming customers and connecting them with appropriate associates. The role supports store teams during the busy seasonal period and reports to a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Address escalated issues by connecting customers with management and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
