Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the holiday season and helps create exceptional client experiences. This role welcomes clients, provides flexible in-store support, and assists with transactions and service needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Support different store areas according to business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Respond to customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Assist with BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
