Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team in providing exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, assists with sales and transactions, and works across store departments to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates according to their needs.
• Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and connect escalated issues to management.
• Follow up on customer requests and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and related store services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through services such as personalization and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
