Seasonal Selling Associates support the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season. They welcome clients, help connect them with appropriate associates, and assist across store departments based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with associates based on their service needs.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other store services.
• Escalate customer issues to management and help enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer-centric experience with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
