Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. The role welcomes clients, helps connect them with appropriate associates, and provides service across store areas based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
• Introduce clients to relevant services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
