Seasonal Stock/Sales Support

Summary

Support the sales team by maintaining merchandise availability, assisting customers, and helping deliver a positive luxury retail experience. This seasonal role combines stockroom and sales-floor support.

Responsibilities

• Replenish sales-floor merchandise and perform stock checks.
• Assist with floor moves, visual tasks, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Welcome customers, identify their needs, direct them to sales associates, and help resolve client concerns.
• Follow sales-related policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of luxury retail experience.
• Prior experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Strong customer service, engagement, and results-focused skills.
