Boutique Assistant - Madison Avenue

Summary

Supports boutique operations and delivers an exceptional client experience in a luxury jewelry environment. Assists Sales Associates, Reception, and management with daily boutique maintenance and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Replenish selling-floor supplies and assist with boutique opening and closing.
• Handle jewelry setup, pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Backfill point-of-sale stations and desks, and help maintain merchandise condition.
• Welcome clients, assist with Reception duties, and follow client experience protocols and the Service Charter.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.
