Summary

The Seasonal Store Support Specialist will provide in-store sales and operational support at the Bal Harbour boutique, ensuring an elevated luxury client experience. You will assist the sales team with client communication, product expertise, transactions, and day-to-day store operations. This seasonal role focuses on clienteling, CRM maintenance, visual merchandising support, and administrative tasks to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality to elevate the client experience.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Build and maintain client relationships through emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
• Record and update CRM data to support future sales and tailored client outreach.
• Actively promote new products through personalized client outreach and support visual merchandising and replenishment efforts.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors, including assisting with transactions and inventory access.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
