As a Seasonal Store Support Specialist in the Meatpacking district, you will provide elevated client service and operational assistance to support the sales team and enhance the in-store experience. You will handle transactions, client communications, CRM updates, merchandising support, and other day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients.
• Support clienteling efforts via email, phone, handwritten notes, and clienteling apps to build relationships and boost sales.
• Record and update client information in CRM to support future sales and personalized service.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach and engage clients to increase product awareness.
• Assist with visual merchandising, replenishment, and general upkeep of merchandise accessibility.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors and store management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
