Seasonal Store Support Specialist responsible for delivering an elevated shopping experience by supporting the store team with clienteling, transactions, and operational tasks. The role coordinates with sales and management to maintain product presentation and ensure seamless store operations. This position leverages product knowledge and client communication to drive sales and support CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients.
• Support client advisors with product knowledge, transactions, and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain client relationships via email, hand-written notes, phone calls, and clienteling app outreach.
• Record and update client information to support CRM and future sales opportunities.
• Promote new product arrivals through personalized client outreach.
• Assist with store displays and collaborate with management to replenish and maintain merchandise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
