Responsibilities

• Support store team members with product knowledge and day-to-day assistance.
• Build and maintain client relationships through emails, hand-written notes, phone outreach, and the clienteling app.
• Record and update client information in CRM systems to support future sales opportunities.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored messaging.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays meet store guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to replenish and maintain merchandise and support operational tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
