Seasonal Support And Operations

Summary

Seasonal Support and Operations associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room management, cash office duties and administrative tasks. This role is a temporary position for up to three months focused on maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities and grooming supplies for associates
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
• Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with vendors
• Support inventory preparation and execution including counts and transfers
• Execute cash office processes and assist with POS audit compliance
• Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
• Assist with shrink reduction plan and report violations
• Pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking functions

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations or support experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong time management multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
• Ability to learn new systems and follow company procedures
• Collaborative team player willing to support multiple departments
