Seasonal Support Associate - Northbrook

Summary

Seasonal Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store operations and enhance the customer experience. The role performs daily operational tasks under the direction of leads and managers in a Neiman Marcus store location and supports in-store events and activations.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight including merchandise handling and transfers
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements to maintain visual and merchandising standards
• Execute price changes, reticketing, and signage setup for sales events
• Manage reticketing, damages, mark outs of stock and inventory control tasks
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization and cleanliness
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from managers and visual teams
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
