Creative Visual Merchandiser responsible for presenting current fashion trends through compelling in store displays and window presentations. Support merchandising and store leaders to maintain visual standards and execute promotional and lighting programs. Schedule varies based on business needs and may require flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of directional displays
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support execution of the in store lighting program
• Customize displays appropriate to the store while following corporate direction
• Use ladders drills and tools to assemble and install visual props
• Work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Basic construction skills for building and assembling visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other tools safely
• Computer proficiency and comfort learning new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
