VM Production Specialist

The VM Production Specialist is responsible for the construction, installation, finish, transportation, and management of all visual elements that support store marketing presentations, events, pop-up shops, store design prototypes, and special projects. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and project management to ensure the successful execution of visual merchandising strategies.

• Construct, install, and manage visual elements for store marketing and events.
• Plan and execute projects, including taking ownership of entire projects as assigned.
• Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources.
• Ensure safety in a high production environment and adhere to safety requirements.
• Travel and work flexible schedules as needed.
• Drive delivery vehicles and maintain a current driver’s license.
• Meet deadlines as outlined by the Production Manager.
• Assist in all aspects of production work.

• Experience in visual merchandising, cabinetry, or woodworking.
• Proficiency in major power tool use and basic computer software, including MS Office.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand building techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb 12’ ladders, and wear a respirator as required.
