The role partners with department managers to teach and uphold visual standards and customizes direction to the store. Schedule is variable and based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of direction at store level
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support successful execution of the in store lighting program
• Customize visual direction to meet store needs
• Work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills for building and assembly of visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other tools
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
