Selling And Service Assistant

As a Selling and Service Assistant at Hermès Miami, you will provide clerical support for both front and back of house operations in a luxury retail environment. You will ensure the accuracy of transactions and support the client experience by collaborating with the sales and selling support teams.

• Accurately record point of sales transactions, including processing sales, sends, and repairs.
• Assist in preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
• Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at point of sale.
• Support sales team with merchandising, stock retrieval, and stockroom preparation.
• Organize and maintain work station and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Assist in stockroom operations, including merchandise flow and inventory preparation.
• Support After Sales area with repairs, client contact, and record maintenance.
• Record detailed CRM files for purchase history and sales analysis.
• Answer phones and provide customer service.

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Detail oriented with computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
