Selling And Service Assistant - Plaza Del Lago

Summary

The Selling and Service Assistant will support front and back of house operations at the new Plaza Del Lago Hermès boutique, ensuring accurate POS transactions, strong client service, and smooth after‑sales administration. This role partners with the sales and operations teams to maintain merchandising standards, stockroom organization, and client records in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately record point of sale transactions, repairs, and sends; assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Provide high levels of client service at the register, including greeting, answering questions, and packaging.
• Support sales team with merchandising, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and maintaining selling floor presentation.
• Manage workstation supplies and help maintain stockroom operations including replenishment, tagging, and ticketing.
• Support after sales services by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining CRM records; answer phones and provide timely service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS and cash handling strongly preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills; detail oriented.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Regular in person work at a company designated location is required.
