Summary
Experienced retail leader responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading store operations at a luxury menswear location. Reports to the Store Leader and champions digital sales tools while managing store expenses, events and vendor relationships. Focuses on coaching, talent development and executing company strategies to meet KPIs and growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive top line sales and ensure KPI targets are achieved and exceeded
- Assist Store Leader with executing sales strategies and analyze performance data to identify opportunities
- Manage store expenses including payroll and supplies to maintain budget efficiency
- Champion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales goals
- Plan schedules and deploy resources to maximize productivity
- Oversee planning and execution of trunk shows, events and promotions
- Maintain health and safety and loss prevention protocols
- Attract, hire and retain coaching team and sellers and provide on the floor coaching
- Manage onboarding, training programs and deliver regular product knowledge sessions
Requirements
- 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity managing a store
- Proven track record improving sales related KPIs through team driven strategies
- Experience coaching, educating and developing sales teams, including performance improvement plans
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans
- Experience working across menswear departments such as sportswear, footwear and tailored clothing
- Ability to nurture client relationships and drive long term customer loyalty
- Comfortable using and promoting sales technology and digital tools
