Summary
Lead store sales and team development to drive top line performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury menswear environment. Support Store Leader in executing strategy, managing budgets and promoting digital sales while overseeing operations, events and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve KPI and top line goals through coaching and active participation in selling.
- Assist Store Leader with execution of company strategy and sales initiatives.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention.
- Manage non-controllable store expenses and ensure budget efficiency.
- Champion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales targets.
- Plan schedules and deploy resources to maximize productivity and manage selling costs.
- Oversee planning and execution of trunk shows, events and promotions with buying and marketing partners.
- Maintain health and safety and loss prevention protocols to protect assets and stakeholders.
- Attract, hire, coach and retain sellers and coaching team and run regular performance assessments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity managing a store.
- Proven track record of improving sales KPIs and executing sales strategies through a team.
- Experience coaching, educating and developing sales teams, including performance improvement plans.
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans and initiatives.
- Experience across menswear departments including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear and tailored clothing.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and develop long-term customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on developing others.
