Selling Manager

Summary

The Selling Manager supports store leadership by executing business objectives and driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role leads a small team on the sales floor and helps ensure a collaborative environment aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and motivate team members while monitoring sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
• Model effective selling behaviors and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
• Support customer concerns, sales events, merchandising needs, and inventory control.
• Supervise cash transactions and register balancing, participate in recruiting, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
