Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating the Livermore Outlet store while upholding brand standards and image. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, maximizing resources, delivering exemplary client service, and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and control expenses.
• Monitor, assess, and coach staff to provide exemplary client service and support client development.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, assortment, and merchandise presentation.
• Oversee store presentation, maintenance, housekeeping, organization, and daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, including preparing measurable personnel development plans.
• Manage schedules and staffing coverage, conduct regular team meetings, and communicate priorities.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and the corporate office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to assess priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
