Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading by example and providing customers with a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain strong product and trend knowledge to educate and inspire customers and team members.
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coach team members and provide ongoing feedback to strengthen performance and customer service.
• Partner with the Store Manager on sales strategies and action plans.
