Summary

The Keyholder supports the store's leadership team and delivers high-quality customer service through product knowledge and relationship building. This role helps drive sales, repeat business, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with daily store operations and coordination.
• Open and close the store, receive merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure accurate processing and compliance with cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships and merchandise the sales floor.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
