Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager leads store sales, profitability, and daily operations for a luxury fashion retailer. This role develops a high-performing team and delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining brand and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive store and sales associate performance, sales goals, and profitability in partnership with senior management.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, sell-through, shrinkage, and store presentation.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop employees; set goals and hold the team accountable.
• Maintain a welcoming selling environment and high standards of customer service.
• Manage store operations, policies, and expenses efficiently.
• Build client and community relationships and stay informed about market needs and trends.

Requirements

• At least five years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty retail, business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, commercial awareness, and business acumen.
• Ability to use retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email.
• Bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, or business preferred.
