Requirements- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of luxury products, market trends, and high-end customer service expectations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools.
