Job Description

Summary

As a Keyholder at Versace Beverly Center, you will be a vital part of our retail team, acting as a Brand Ambassador and providing an exceptional client experience. You will support the General Manager and contribute to the success of the store by fostering client relationships and driving sales.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goal targets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Capture and maintain client data to enhance relationships and achieve core KPIs.
  • Provide after-sales service, including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and product maintenance.
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks.
  • Process returns and exchanges, and maintain seamless inventory operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management to build strong partnerships.
  • Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
  • Coach and train the sales team using various techniques.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
  • Understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment and multi-task with ease.
  • Entrepreneurial and sales-focused personality.
