Retail Sales Supervisor - Century City

As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Bloomingdale's Century City, you will play a key role in driving sales and leading a team in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the standards and vision of the company. In the absence of Store Management, you will oversee the store staff and ensure smooth operations.

• Lead by example in customer service and store standards.
• Assist Store Management in motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
• Represent and reinforce company standards and policies.
• Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and company KPIs.
• Build and develop client base through networking and appointments.
• Ensure the store staff prioritizes customer experience.
• Conduct store meetings and resolve customer issues in the absence of Store Management.
• Open and close the store and oversee procedures.
• Maintain store standards and inventory management.

• 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and retail systems.
• Ability to relocate is preferable.
• Action-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
