Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor - Mens at CELINE in Vancouver, you will play a crucial role in mentoring associates to achieve an elevated customer experience and meet sales objectives. You will maintain high operational and merchandising standards while assisting with the daily supervision of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales.
  • Lead and empower the sales team to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
  • Manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
  • Assist sales associates with customer service issues.
  • Utilize POS system and manage inventory functions effectively.
  • Open and close the store following company policies.
  • Administer follow-up and paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Partner with the Visual Manager to lead merchandising standards.
  • Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
  • Supervise the team and implement company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, etc.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven.
  • Able to motivate others and build effective teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Foreign languages a plus.
