Selling Supervisor - Orlando International

In the role of Selling Supervisor at Diesel Orlando International, you will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, developing a strong business, and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts with a focus on client experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability.

• Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management and supervision of the store team.
• Implement company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Act as a positive role model to store personnel, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
• Continuously improve and develop specific supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
• Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Perform omni channel services and initiatives.

• Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
• Ability to embrace change and keep up with innovation in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and a focus on providing a world-class experience.
