Selling Supervisor - Palm Beach

As a Selling Supervisor at Hermès Palm Beach, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales and customer service objectives in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience while adhering to operational standards.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales efforts and client experience.
• Process transactions accurately and manage POS operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection standards and maintain key control and merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of customer service, including greeting clients and assisting with purchases.

• 2+ years of experience in sales or supervisory roles, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
