Job Description

Summary

The Selling Supervisor supports store operations by ensuring seamless merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor while maintaining brand standards. This role leads back-of-house processes, oversees stockroom organization and replenishment, and provides coaching to the sales and operations team. The Supervisor also contributes to visual merchandising changes and assists in resolving customer concerns as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, price, tag and process incoming shipments; execute reticketing and RFID tasks.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, apply EAS devices, and lead stockroom resets and efficiency projects.
  • Manage replenishment activities and ISOS report execution to meet productivity targets.
  • Provide operational training, coaching and performance feedback to store team members.
  • Support visual merchandising updates in collaboration with the Merchandise Manager and ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and Microsoft Office; strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, and work day, evening and weekend schedules.
  • Ability to provide constructive coaching, resolve customer concerns and support talent acquisition efforts.
