Stock Supervisor

Summary

Responsible for receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support the customer experience. Partner with store leadership to maintain stockroom efficiency and manage supply using RFID and stock management systems. Supervise and train the Sales Support Team while maintaining compliance with store processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and inventory to prevent overage and maintain budgets, ensuring inventory accuracy through RFID and stock systems
• Receive and process shipments to floor-ready standards and execute merchandise handling procedures
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise the daily activities of the Sales Support Team
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom and collaborate with management on stockroom layout
• Ensure compliance with store policies and complete tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; tech savvy with effective time management
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds
• Team oriented with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
