Selling Supervisor

As a Selling Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Store Management team, responsible for executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. You will champion new selling tools and manage daily and weekly business objectives, assigning tasks and priorities for the sales associate team.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
• Support the execution of company initiatives in the store.
• Participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Engage clients creatively and expand the client base.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
