Job Description

Summary

As a Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Gretna, you will play a key role in the Store Management team, executing strategic plans to drive a profitable business. You will lead the sales associate team by managing tasks, goals, and priorities, ensuring alignment with Ralph Lauren's brand expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
  • Support the execution of company initiatives and participate in team training.
  • Engage clients and expand the customer base through creative strategies.
  • Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
  • Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  • Embrace new technology and alternative purchasing processes.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold company policies.
Requirements
  • Motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Proactive in focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions.
  • Experience in supporting company initiatives and team training.
  • Ability to represent customer experience expectations in store.
  • Champion of RL core values and collaborative environment.
  • Engage in networking to build a clientele.
  • Provide feedback on category opportunities or needs.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.
