Selling Supervisor

Summary

The Selling Supervisor is a member of the store leadership team, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction while supporting daily business objectives. This role coaches and develops sales associates, monitors performance metrics, and contributes to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while monitoring sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead by example in selling behaviors and spend approximately half of work time selling and implementing clienteling strategies.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience, execute sales events, and address or escalate customer concerns.
• Support merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, recruitment, training, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of building positive working relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, operate a register, remain mobile for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
