Selling Supervisor

As a Selling Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Tinton Falls, you will play a crucial role in the Store Management team by executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. You will champion new selling tools and manage daily and weekly business objectives, assigning tasks and priorities for the sales associate team.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
• Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage clients creatively and broaden the client base.

• Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
