Job Description

Summary

The Senior Analyst, Regional Client Insights & Performance leads regional client data, CRM insights, and clienteling performance for Cartier LATAM. This role turns client and performance data into actionable recommendations that strengthen boutique execution, improve client experiences, and support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional client data governance, database quality, segmentation, compliance, and CRM-related projects.
  • Develop and optimize clienteling KPIs, dashboards, and reporting; analyze and communicate performance insights and recommendations.
  • Measure the ROI of client activations and identify client trends that support acquisition, loyalty, and retention.
  • Partner with boutiques, HQ, and cross-functional teams to improve data capture, clienteling practices, and adoption of tools and processes.
  • Deliver client intelligence, targeted lists, training, and strategic support to retail and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 7 or more years of experience in client data, CRM, analytics, clienteling performance, or commercial data strategy.
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for retail and commercial teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms, customer analytics, databases, performance reporting, campaign management, and data quality and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
