Summary
The Senior Analyst Sales Merchandising will support merchandising functions including commercial, assortment and forecasting responsibilities to drive product performance and sales. The role partners with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Visual Merchandising, Store Design and Zones to commercialize product strategy and implement action plans.
Responsibilities
- Support development of sales ambition and forecasts for new launches and existing products
- Develop commercial targets and monitor performance by channel and region
- Support assortment strategy and translate global plans into local adaptations
- Identify merchandising opportunities and frame launches to secure stock and sales efficiency
- Organize product showroom and gather zone feedback on sales potential
- Identify business drivers risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions
- Build and present performance reviews dashboards to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Support development of visible assortment and product space strategy guidelines
- Collaborate with zones to implement action plans and support commercial adoption of tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of luxury retail merchandising or strategy development experience
- Store and zone experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to build cross functional relationships
- Strong presentation and content development skills
- Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
