Responsibilities- Own and lead analysis for projects within the Supplier Operations team and collaborate with other business units.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to provide data inputs and actionable insights for performance metrics.
- Evaluate business challenges and apply appropriate tools and methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance related data, metrics, and reporting.
- Support performance analysis and diagnosis of supplier-related issues, identifying root causes and actionable solutions.
- Source and prepare data to support the creation of Tableau dashboards and other data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Ensure compatibility between processes, systems, and data.
- Design and execute detailed plans to provide meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify complex problems, analyze root causes, and assess the potential impact to the business.
Requirements- BA/BS in Business, supply chain, a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4-6 years of BA experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills – both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experienced in data validation and ensuring data integrity.
- Experience with or willingness to learn SQL and Tableau is a plus.
