As a Senior Client Advisor at Roger Dubuis in Costa Mesa, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with a diverse clientele, including Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, to deliver bespoke experiences and uphold the brand's commitment to excellence.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with Roger Dubuis' commercial strategy.
• Cultivate and develop a network of loyal clientele.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales experience.
• Deliver bespoke experiences for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
• Share the Roger Dubuis story and commitment to quality with clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through community engagement and social media.
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and merchandise security.
• Follow all Maison policies and procedures.
• Participate in meetings, inventory counts, and daily operations.
• Assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors during sales and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team player.
• Passionate about High Watchmaking and luxury lifestyle.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Spanish are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
