The Senior Client Advisor represents CELINE and delivers a refined, client-focused luxury retail experience. The role drives individual and team sales while building lasting client relationships and supporting store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support colleagues in reaching their goals.
• Welcome and advise clients across product categories, using advanced clienteling to develop relationships and recruit new clients.
• Maintain strong brand and product knowledge and uphold CELINE standards.
• Assist with floor management, stock operations, opening and closing duties, and other store needs.
• Mentor team members and support the integration of new employees.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.
• Experience building and managing a multi-million-dollar client book through relationship development.
• Business school, university education, or equivalent experience.
• Strong client service, communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
