Senior Client Advisor - Costa Mesa South Costa Plaza

As a Senior Client Advisor at Costa Mesa South Costa Plaza, you will play a pivotal role in achieving both individual and team sales goals. You will act as a Manager on Duty when needed, guiding and coaching the sales team to ensure the highest standards of store operations and customer service are met.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Guide and coach the sales team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Capture quality client information to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and act as MOD when required.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures and holding store keys.
• Support company visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory preparation.
• Maintain a professional and productive work environment with all store teams.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
• Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching people.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate and analyze business needs with senior leadership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
