Senior Client Advisor

As a Senior Client Advisor at our San Diego Boutique, you will play a crucial role in achieving both individual and team sales results. You will act as a Manager on Duty when required, guiding and coaching the sales team while ensuring store operations meet brand standards.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Enhance team performance by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and capturing quality client information.
• Build long-lasting client relationships through the company’s clienteling program.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and manage opening and closing procedures.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory preparation.

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales roles.
• Proven client service skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
