• Support onboarding and ongoing development of new Client Advisors by sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Deliver elevated client and after-sale service, creating lasting and personalized client relationships.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive proactive business growth.
• Support front- and back-of-house teams and adhere to company operational procedures.
