The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and key performance indicators while developing and maintaining client relationships. The role exemplifies exceptional customer service, visual merchandising and operational standards, and oversees store operations and staff in the absence of Store Management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and manage relationships and communications with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals and store standards
- Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks and store projects including events and inventory
- Open and close the store and perform opening and closing procedures
- Oversee store and staff when the most senior presence in the store
- Maintain local market knowledge of clientele and competitors
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales
- Ideally a cultivated and established clientele following
- Availability for open scheduling in a seven day a week retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Outgoing, energetic, professional and able to represent the brand lifestyle
- Strong independent work ethic, time management and integrity
- Ability to handle customer interactions and concerns courteously and professionally
