Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while maintaining exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. This role leads by example and oversees store and staff duties in the absence of Store Management. The position requires availability for open scheduling in a retail environment operating seven days a week.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the client experience and store standards.
- Maintain selling floor merchandise, visuals, and store presentation standards.
- Support operational tasks including opening and closing procedures.
- Grow existing clientele and prospect for new clients through outreach and networking.
- Participate in special events and store projects such as sample sales and inventory.
- Oversee store and staff responsibilities when the most senior presence in the store.
- Adhere to all store procedures and assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
- Ideally has an established clientele following.
- Availability for open scheduling in a seven day a week retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor reflecting the brand lifestyle.
- Strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and integrity.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
